Vivianna Requena was born in
Ponce, Puerto Rico on December 7, 1967. Currently living in
Providence, RI, Vivianna is a NPC bodybuilder, fitness model, fitness
motivational speaker, certified personal trainer, and representative of
Optimum Fitness, a nutrition/training program service.
Vivianna Requena has been on the cover of Muscle Elegance Magazine, Natural
Muscle Magazine, Steel Jungle Publication, Nuestra Beleza, Providence Sport
Magazine, and has appeared in numerous other publications.
In 2002, Ms. Requena took First Place in the NPC Jr. USA Women's Lightweight
Division, and placed Second in the Lehigh Valley Bodybuilding Championships
and the Bev Francis Atlantic States Bodybuilding Fitness & Figure
Championships. In previous years, she has places in numerous other
competitions.
She has made television appearances on the Fox Sports Channel and Jenny
Jones Show.

Vivianna writes, "Spokes Model, teaching, and inspiring people has always
been one of the highest values to me, I have a natural knack in promoting
and encouraging individuals in whatever the case maybe, regardless if the
topic is about nutrition and/or training. I really hope to be an
inspirational media figure, spokes model, or a "fitness guru" you might call
it, because I strongly feel that my communication skills, highly energetic
and creative personality, and knowledge easily attracts and maintains
people's attention.

magazines as well as mainstream publications. "
Vivianna's future plans include releasing her own calendar, and expanding
her photo shoots in the areas of Fitness Clothing, Swimwear, Nightgowns,
Runway, Lingerie, and Body Parts.
In her words regarding bodybuilding and fitness, "I mainly compete for the
fact of being able to show others motivation to do what you love, whether it
concerns fitness/bodybuilding or not. I am a huge believer in motivation and
"spirit" involvement, your body is controlled by the spirit that makes you
believe, feel and act!"
